Pixelweb have been using Google apps for some time and run all mail and calenders through Google using our domain name eg Google calendar is accessed via calendar.pixelweb.co.nz.
Recently Google has been adding third party apps to it's Google Marketplace which adds some great functionality.
For instance our CRM software Capsule CRM is now an app which means we can add it to our Google Dashboard and access our CRM directly from there. Not only that but we can export all our customer information into Google Contacts. This has an added bonus in that company iPhones are synced so we have all our customer information at our finger tips.
Sharing information has direct benefits for your business, having to only add data once and be shared and accessable via mobile devices means more time spent being productive.
